The Process

01 — Discovery

We begin with a conversation about the occasion, location, guest count, priorities, budget, and overall experience you envision.

02 — Creative Direction

We develop the aesthetic concept for the event, including visual references, palette, layout, tablescape direction, florals, lighting, and other design elements appropriate to the scope.

03 — Planning & Sourcing

Once the direction is established, we source and coordinate the elements needed to execute the concept.

Depending on the project, this may include rentals, florals, linens, tabletop pieces, decorative elements, printed materials, chefs, caterers, and other creative partners.

04 — Coordination

Leading up to the event, we coordinate relevant vendors, deliveries, timing, layouts, and installation details to ensure the creative vision remains cohesive.

05 — Installation & Styling

On the day of the event, we bring the environment together through installation, placement, tablescape styling, florals, candlelight, and final details.

By the time guests arrive, every element has been considered.
