Consultation

  • Initial Consultation (Compilmentary 30-minute Appointment)

    We begin with a complimentary 30-minute Zoom consultation to discuss your design goals, style preferences, and the scope of the project. You are encouraged to share any inspiration images to help us understand your vision.

    On-Site Visit (Charged per hour)

    Following the consultation, we schedule an on-site visit to assess your space, take measurements, and discuss potential design ideas in more depth. This allows us to tailor the design to your home's unique features.

    Proposal, Retainer, & Contract

    After the on-site visit, we present a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, estimated timeline, and costs. Once you approve the proposal, we sign a retainer contract to officially begin the design process, securing our services and setting the stage for the next steps.

  • Design Concept & Mood Boards

    Based on your input and the on-site visit, we develop a personalized design concept. This includes mood boards, sketches, and initial layouts that reflect your vision. If requested, we also provide 3D renderings to help you better visualize the design within your space. You’ll have the opportunity to review the concept and provide feedback.

  • Space Planning & Layout Optimization

    We create detailed floor plans and layouts to ensure your home’s functionality and flow are optimized. Every room is designed with purpose, maximizing beauty and usability.

    Material, Finish, & Custom Furniture Selections

    We curate high-quality materials, finishes, and custom furniture selections tailored to your vision. From flooring and cabinetry to decor and textiles, each element is chosen to create a cohesive, luxurious look.

    Material List & Spending Sheets

    We provide comprehensive material lists and spending sheets, detailing all selections and costs. These documents are shared with both you and the contractors, ensuring full transparency and budget management and review throughout the project.

    Full Project Management (if Applicable)

    We oversee every aspect of the project, coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, and supervising on-site work. You’ll receive regular updates while we ensure everything is executed according to plan.

  • Installation & Styling

    Once construction is complete, we manage the installation and styling of furniture and decor. Each room is arranged and styled to perfection, bringing the design concept to life in a cohesive and luxurious way.

    Final Reveal & Celebration

    With everything in place, we invite you for the final walkthrough to see your beautifully transformed home. It’s time to celebrate and enjoy your new space! We’ll address any final adjustments to ensure everything is just right.
